About the Company
We have been operating on the market of facility management, electricity and heat generation and distribution since 1997.
About 85 % of our customers are industrial companies – owners of buildings or sites, developers of logistics or administrative centres, or facility management. There is also a sharp rise in demand for our services from cities and villages, schools and hospitals.
Since 1997 some 200 companies have placed their confidence in us. Thanks to our know-how and experienced team of 30 experts we have saved clients more than 150,000,000 crowns – mainly by emphasizing comprehensive savings in energy consumption.
Since 2001 we have been the owners of an energy licence under the Energy Act (no. 458/2000 Coll.) – so we are licensed to distribute and sell electricity and to generate and distribute heat.
During 2002 we acquired key energy facilities for our business in the Letov industrial complex in Prague 9-Letňany.
